Who we are

Our website address: https://contentposts.com/

Comments

When a visitor leaves a comment on the website, we collect the data provided in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and user-agent browser data for spam detection purposes.

An anonymized string created from your email address (“hash”) may be provided to the Gravatar service to determine if you are using it. The Gravatar privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture will be visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media Files

If you are a registered user and upload photos to the website, you should avoid uploading images with EXIF metadata, as they may contain GPS location data. Visitors can extract this information by downloading images from the website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. This is for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account on the site and you log in, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in to your account, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen display setting cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me,” your login data will be stored for two weeks. Logging out of your account will remove login cookies.

When editing or publishing an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie does not contain personal data and only contains the ID of the article you edited. It expires after 1 day.

Embedded Content from Other Websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the same way as if the visitor had visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with embedded content, including tracking your interaction if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who We Share Your Data With

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the email for the password reset.

How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is done to recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users with registration on our site, we store the personal information they provide in their profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their information at any time (except for the username). Website administrators can also see and modify this information.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

If you have an account on the site or have left comments, you can request an export file of your personal data that we have stored about you, including any data you have provided. You can also request the deletion of this data, excluding data we are obligated to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where Your Data Is Sent

User comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
